  • What is the “Preferred Pet Program?”

    The “Preferred Pet Program” or “PPP” is designed to help you save on grooming and retail services. As a member, you will receive discounts and bonuses not available to non-members.



  • How do I become a “PPP” member?

    In order to become a member your pet must be groomed at least once in a four (4) week period.  A grooming service may consist of either a bath and brush or a full grooming, in any combination to suite your pet’s needs.  All appointments must be made on a standing basis.

  • What is a standing appointment?

    A standing appointment reserves the same day for you repeatedly.  For example: you may wish to have your appointments scheduled for every third Saturday of the month, or every four weeks on a Wednesday, whatever is most convenient for you.  You pick the day and the frequency.

  • What benefits do I receive by becoming a “PPP” member?

    The following is a list of discounts and bonuses you receive:

    • A 10% discount on all grooming services
    • You accumulate bonus dollars $1 per visit, which can be used toward retail purchases
    • Each grooming includes a free teeth brushing
    • Your 7th visit is 50% the normal cost
    • Your appointments are always ready for you
    • You pick the days, times and frequency most convenient for you.  You will receive a card with appointment dates
    • The greatest benefit belongs to your pet.  By having regularly scheduled grooming, your pet stays healthier, cleaner and happy
